Arrival Instructions for Grand Cru Apartment.

Suivez ces 6 étapes afin d’accéder aisément à l’appartement. Follow these 6 steps in order to easily check in.

Etape 1/ – Français

Rendez vous à l’adresse de l’appartement au 7 rue Maizières, 21200 Beaune. La rue Maizières ( photo ci-contre) est une rue à sens unique dans laquelle vous ne pouvez pas stationner. Vous avez plusieurs choix afin de stationner votre véhicule. A 20 metres de l’appartement ( 1 minute de marche) parking sur les places de stationnement de la Place Notre Dame ou Place Etienne Jules Marey ou Avenue de la République. Ces places sont payantes du Lundi au Samedi de 9h00 – 19h00. Téléchargez l’application FLOWBIRD pour vous garer avec votre smartphone. Un autre choix de parking est le parking de la République au bout de l’avenue de la République, parking gratuit à 100 metres de l’appartement. Toutes les places de parking à l’extérieur des feux bordant le Boulevard Circulaire sont également gratuites. Un autre choix de stationnement est le Parking Souterrain Saint-Etienne, parking payant ( 10 euros/ jour) et sécurisé, situé à 5 minutes de marche de l’appartement. Passez à l’étape suivante.

Step 1/ –English

Go to the apartment address at 7 rue Maizières, 21200 Beaune. Rue Maizières (photo opposite) is a one-way street in which you cannot park. You have several choices to park your vehicle. 20 meters from the apartment (1 minute walk) parking in the parking spaces of Place Notre Dame or Place Etienne Jules Marey or Avenue de la République. These places are with pay from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Download the FLOWBIRD application to pay with your smartphone. Another choice of parking is the Parking de la République at the end of Avenue de la République, free of charge parking 100 meters from the apartment. All parking spaces outside the traffic lights along Boulevard are also free. Another choice of parking is the Underground Parking Saint-Etienne, paid parking (10 euros / day) and secure, located 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Go to the next step.

Etape 2/- Français

Cette photo représente l’immeuble dans lequel se situe l’appartement Grand Cru. L’appartement est situé au Premier étage de cet immeuble. Les deux fenêtres de la pièce de vie sont visible sur la partie haute de cette photo. Repérez l’immeuble grace à sa façade de couleur rose. Passez à l’étape suivante.

Step 2/ – English

This photo represents the building where the apartment si located, first floor, see the two windows of the living space at the upper part of the photo. You will spot the building thanks to the pink colour of the facade. Go to the next step.

Etape 3/ – Français

Cette photo représente la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble du 7, rue Maizières, 21200 Beaune. Repérez en tout petit le numéro 7 inscrit sur l’interphone ( le nom LAFON corresponds à celui de l’appartement). Cette porte se situe exactement en face du numéro 10 de la rue Maizière, numéro 10 inscrit distinctement sur l’immeuble en face. La Boite à clef , de couleur grise est installée sur le coté gauche de la porte de l’immeuble. Introduisez le code envoyé afin de récuperer 2 clefs. La clefs argentée ( ou clefs avec point vert) du trousseau à clefs ouvre cette porte. Passez à l’étape suivante.

Step 3/ – English

This photo represents the entrance door of the building at 7, Rue Maizières, 21200 Beaune. The number 7 is written in small on the interphone ( LAFON is the name that rings the apartment). This building door is located exactly in front of number 10 of Rue Maizières, distinctly written on the building in front. The grey keybox is installed on the left hand side of the building door. Insert the code in order to get the 2 keys. To open this gate use the silver key or key with green dot. Go to the next step.

Etape 4/ – Français

Cette photo représente la cage d’escaliers de l’immeuble. La lumière de la cage d’escaliers est située à gauche près de la porte d’entrée de l’immeuble. La poubelle avec le couvercle marron est la poubelle à ordures ménagères et la poubelle à couvercle jaune est la poubelle à recyclage ( ici seulement plastique, cannette métalliques). Les Bouteilles en verre, vides sont à laisser dans la panière blanche posée à coté de la porte d’entrée de l’appartement à coté du pot de fleurs. Montez les escaliers en bois pour accéder à la porte d’entrée de l’appartement situé au 1er étage. Passez à l’étape suivante.

Step 4/ – English

This photo represents the building entrance. The switch light of the staircase is located on the left hand side by the building door. The waist bin with brown lid is the normal organic waist bin, the yellow waist bin is the recycling ( if you use it only put inside plastic, metal and wood). Empty Glass is to be put in the white bin by the entrance of the door of the apartment at the First Floor. Go up the wooden stairs to access the apartment door at the first floor. Go to the next step.

Etape 5/ – Français

Cette photo représente l’entrée du premier étage. Cette porte peut être fermée mais elle n’est jamais fermée à clefs.la porte de l’appartement se situe à droite après cette porte. Tapis gris. Nom OTEL-LAFON inscrit sur la porte. Passez à l’étape suivante.

Step 5/ – English

This photo represents the door of the first floor. This door can be closed but never locked. The door of the apartment is located on the right hand side after this door. There is a grey rug in front of the apartment door and the name OTEL-LAFON written on the door. Go to the next step.

Etape 6/ – Français

Cette photo représente la porte d’entrée de l’appartement. Le bac à linge blanc fait office de collecte des bouteilles en verre vides. Utilisez la clef dorée ou clef avec pastille rouge pour ouvrir la serrure du haut de la porte. Vous voila dans l’appartement. Envoyez moi un message SVP afin de me dire que vous êtes bien arrivées et dites moi si vous avez besoin de quelque chose. Au moment de votre départ, veiller à déposer les clefs dans la boite à clefs ( même code ) et assurez vous que la boite soit bien fermée. Le départ est fixé à 11h00 et la femme de ménage est prévue à 11h10. Envoyez nous un message lors de votre départ. Merci par avances.

Step 6/ – English

This photo represents the door of the apartment. The white bin on the left is there to collect the empty glass bottles. Use the golden key or key with red dot to open the top lock of the door. You must be now inside the apartment. Please send me a message to let me know you have arrived and let me know if you need anything. Upon departure put the keys inside the keybox and make sure it is locked. Send us a message telling us you left. The check out time is 11 am and the cleaner is scheduled at 11h10 am.
