HOUSE RULES

• Please care for this property like your own
• Please ask is you need anything or if you do not understand something
• Check in time is after 4 pm and check out time is 11 am, if cleaning will be done earlier, you will receive a message informing you can self check in earlier with the keybox. 
• Communication via your booking channel or / and whats up ( my cellphone is +33 0668842428)
• Turn off lights and AirCond/Heating when you open windows and when you departure.
• No pets, Parties or Events
• Only registered Guests
• Kitchen note, please do not put down the drains any food residus as the drains are narrow and they can clog up easily
• No eating or drinking in the bedrooms
• No smoking inside the house
• Organic waist is to be put in closed bags inside the brown top container located at the entrance of the building
• Recycling (Plastic, Wood, Metal)  is to be put inside the yellow top bin located at the entrance of the building
• Glass Bottles are to be rinsed and left in the bin the entrance door of the appartment ( there are specific recycling points in town for this, when the bin is full we will take it to the recycling)
• Do not take sheets off the bed, we will do it
• Tell us if you broke or stained something  before you leave
• Lock doors when absent
• Respect our neighbours and keep quiet hours from 9 pm to 9 am
• Lost Key fee is 200 euros.
• Upon departure, please leave keys inside KEYBOX at the entrance of the building using the same code you received upon check in, check that it is locked
• Send us a goodbye message upon departure

If you cancel your booking within 48 hours after booking you will receive a refund of 100%

If you cancel your booking more than 60 days before check in you will receive a refund of 97% 

If you cancel your booking from 60 to 30 days you will receive a refund of 50%

If you cancel your booking from 30 to 15 days you will receive a refund of 25% 

If you cancel your booking from 15 to check in date you will receive a refund of 10%

A Security Deposit of 1000 euros will be placed on hold on your credit card 1 day before check in and released automatically 3 days after check out.
